So far we’ve been featuring some of the instructors and classes at this year’s Festival, coming up October 22 to 24, 2010 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, South Building… so over the next weeks we thought we’d give you a sneak peak at some of the exciting happenings on the show floor.

The hottest trend to come tumbling out of Canada’s great white north in recent years was the discovery of a mother lode of diamonds, so abundant and of such high quality that their introduction to the world literally put the Northwest Territories on the map.
But as much as the future of a new modern north is being forged in its diamond mines, its raw past is still being preserved on the tundra and shown to the world by the Qiviuk group.
Muskox, an animal that survived the last ice age, continues roaming free in the Canadian tundra producing an inner down of exceptional quality. Qiviuk was recently admired at the Northern House during the winter Olympics in Vancouver.
Great attention was created for both visitors and media who were pleased to rediscover the quality products of the North, Qiviuk, a secret from the tundra so soft and light that it will enchant your senses.
We’re privileged to feature the Qiviuk, Muskox and Canada’s North for you to enjoy at this year’s festival. Don’t miss the Qiviuk and Canadian arctic pavilion (Booth #301) at the front entrance and glimpses into Canada’s North throughout the hall!
