Canada’s search for the best original mixed media works of art. There’s an incredible array of talent out there, some known some yet undiscovered. We’re excited to invite you, your friends or your customers which may include students, graduates and instructors to showcase their expression of creativity in this 1st annual challenge. Prestigious Designer Style Awards will give recognition to those who excel in the arts of fashion sewing/design, beadwork/jewellery design, fibre art/surface design, needle art, knitting/crochet, paper art, quilting and the hot trend of upcycling.
Over $20,000 in cash & prizes include 8 – $1000 cash awards, Swarovski Crystal trophies and more. Plus, exhibits throughout the 25th anniversary Creativ Festival, October 12 to 14, 2012 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre will showcase the top 10 entries from each of the 8 categories.
