Hooker Alley is being transformed into an interactive Crochet Carnival with ring masters Mikey and Diva Dan, direct from YouTube. Here all ages can experience crochet and loom knitting. Look for the Creativ carnival gateway arch with flying elephants and a tight rope walking rat with babies; crochet carousel; and fabulous freak show of all new, fun characters created by crochet artist, AuntyK’s Crochet Guyz.
Take part in Crochet Carnivals’ three community projects where you can help design this exhibit and enter the Baby Elephant Parade, Crochet Cupcake Contest and Carnival Animal challenges. Winners will receive prize ribbons as voted on by guests of Creativ Festival and all creations will be going to special children as directed by Crafting For a Cure.
