What is the EAC Celebration about?
2013 is EAC’s 40th Ruby Anniversary and they will be celebrating with their seminar/conference in Winnipeg, MB, the founding chapter of their Association. Their theme will be Branching Out and they’ll have Canadian and International teachers. You’ll have an opportunity to stitch with the stars, shop at their merchant mall with specialty stitching boutiques and attend their Gala Night festivities. Their website, www.eac.ca, has all the course and accommodation information to delight any stitcher.

Their website has been completely renovated from a stitchers’ point of view. And, the new webmaster Tara Kohinski has done an incredible job to excite and challenge you to a new level of embroidery supremacy. EAC is exhibiting at the 25th Anniversary Creativ Festival Show
I’m so excited to confirm that EAC will again be exhibiting at the Creativ Festival. The Fall Creativ Festival will be held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, 222 Bremner Blvd., in the South Building on Friday October 12th(10-8), Saturday October 13th (10-6) and Sunday October 14th(10-5).
They will be displaying member’s needlework and the Embroidery Canada magazine plus promoting correspondence courses, library services, heritage collection and seminars. Members Kim Beamish, Carol Storie, Pat Armour, Carolyn Mitchell and Lorene Salt will be teaching for EAC at the show. Drop by and see us and enjoy the great show!
