New Exhibitor: Warp & Weft Textiles
Warp & Weft are a brand new exhibitor to Creativ Festival. Let me share with you what they have said to me about themselves.
“At Warp & Weft we are passionate about textile and design. We go to great lengths to find prints that are not only of exceptional beauty and quality but that have a compelling story to tell. Not satisfied with seeing just another pretty face we go in search of the history – we try to get a glimpse of the process the designer goes through and where they drew their inspiration from and how that concept is translated onto the piece of fabric that you hold in your hands today.
We want to know more about the artisans who create these beautiful pieces as well as their trade. In many cases they are the last of a handful of people in the world to make sewing tools of exceptional quality and durability ‐ heirloom pieces that can be passed on from one generation to the next.
More than anything we want to share these stories with you. We never tire of opening a parcel with a new shipment of quilting cottons, upholstery fabric or beautifully crafted pieces and take great care to ensure that these little pieces of joy reach you with the same sense of excitement and expectation. We hope that you too will be inspired by what you discover inside your parcel to create and design beautiful pieces for your own lifestyle.”
While at Creativ Festival, they will be putting together some custom upholstery pieces featuring the Design Team fabric which has been imported exclusively for their exhibit at our show. While at Creativ Festival, they will have the following items on hand for purchase:
