Mini Art Quilt Challenge – An evolving workshop with Jennifer Holden
In this evolving creative workshop receive a kit of fabrics, fusible web, paper, thread and embellishments. A total of 5 hourly instructions will guide you to create your challenge piece. For example… Instruction #1 (create a background using two of the fabrics provided), #2 (appliqué a flower onto the background)… and sew on! You may receive a picture for inspiration, a templates for flowers or appliqué… plus, other surprises. Rise to the challenge as you have fun, learning techniques while making your own 12″ x 18″ piece of art! Kit $30

Stitch & Flip Design with Jennifer Holden takes an age old technique to create interesting modern designs
Apply this age old technique to create interesting modern designed quilts. Use eye catching colours broken with neutral colours to create contrast within the design. The quilting can be as little as the stitching to sew the piece together or add more quilting to create texture and depth in the piece. Go one step further and add some embellishments such as beads, couching or embroidery. Kit $30
