Classes – York Heritage Quilters Guild

York Heritage Quilters Guild (www.yhqg.org) presents…

Fabulous Fractures (25) Intermediate to Advanced

Join Irene Dewar to create the feeling of looking through a crystal glass or rain on a windowpane with fabric. These intriguing shattered images are easily achieved by isolating multiple images, cutting, shuffling and sewing. Smaller images result in the shattered glass effect, while larger landscape motifs produce a painterly effect.

Make informed choices about tools, notions and threads. Plus, learn how to apply a butted or mitred border that will fit the quilt with no rippling and apply a straight or bias binding. All this and much more in this very information-packed class.
