Linda Lundström is a Canadian fashion icon and award-winning entrepreneur. Her experience spans several decades in the Apparel Industry, designing and building the Linda Lundström brand and a state-of-the-art Canadian lean manufacturing facility. She has been recognized with many awards by the fashion industry, business and manufacturing sectors, educational institutions and the community. These include Designer of the Year Award, City of Toronto, Canada Award for Business Excellence, YWCA Woman of Distinction and three Honorary Doctorates to name a few. See how to “re-purpose” to make a new creation and add designer accents to your garments!

In 2011, Linda created “Washi off the Wall”, an exquisite collection of floating walls and interior accessories, for The Japanese Paper Place. Now she wants to share with you, an appreciation for traditional Japanese papers, their versatility and endless creative applications. Dreamy, light and durable, these papers made from renewable plant fibres, allow light to filter in to interior spaces. Come get inspired as Linda shares thoughts on beautiful and unique window dressings, floral bouquets and paper sculpture.

Lorna Rae

This custom clothier is owner of Blue Heron Stitchery and an award-winning wearable artist. Lorna teaches sewing techniques and fitting classes and is a certified Islander Sewing Systems® instructor.
