Adorable & Wearable Felting with Wendo

Wendo Van Essen’s job in animation has been a large influence on her work. She likes to create whimsical sculptures in wool as well as art wear. She uses the technique called needle felting to poke and tease wool fibres into place, whether it’s a landscape or a 3 dimensional character. Nuno Felting is another cool way to express herself using wool intermeshed with silk. www.WendoVanEssen.blogspot.ca
